Stoneleigh Foundation Emerging Leader Fellowship Program
INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION

Fellowships beginning July 1, 2015
Guidelines:
1. Fellowship applicants select a project from the 2015-2016 Project Abstracts, and submit
the completed Individual Application directly to the partner organization via mail or
email. The Individual Application is due on December 1, 2014. Do not send this
application to Stoneleigh Foundation.
2. A complete Individual Application should include:

Personal Statement (500 words maximum)
After the partner organization has selected a Fellowship candidate, the two will work together
to complete the Joint Application, which will be submitted to Stoneleigh Foundation. Joint
Applications are due by 5 p.m. on January 6, 2015. Stoneleigh Foundation will review the Joint
Applications and will announce Fellowship awards by mid-March 2015. The Fellowship term is
July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016.
