- the team manager must ensure all players are registered online using the team code supplied to the team manager on
registration, so they are covered by insurance and are affiliated,
-an administration fee of $10 applies to all players who nominate as individuals and then change into or out of your team
nomination.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR NOMINATION FORM IN TO BE PROCESSED.
Your nomination will be processed for payment. Once payment has been received you will receive a team code to register your
players online. Online registrations will need to be completed for Insurance and Affiliation purposes. Without doing so, your
players will not appear on the sign on sheets and will not be able to play or receive trophies. Please go to our website
