I. Career Goals
HALF PAGE. Provide an overview of your career goals in relation to your future biblical
responsibility as the spiritual leader and the provider in your home. Include several potential
career goals while distinguishing between major and minor career goals. Brainstorm hobbies and
interests you have to assist you in creating your selection. List at least three of your strengths and
at least three of your weaknesses.
II. Academic Goals
HALF PAGE. Discuss your academic goals, including your current GPA. Discuss your desired
GPA upon graduating PVBS. Define at least three of your strengths and at least three of your
weaknesses. Detail your ideas for furthering your education including at least three colleges of
interest/training/supplemental classes, and three possible focused degrees you desire to pursue
(i.e. accountant, computer technician, dentist, industrial electrician, general contractor etc.).
III. Spiritual Goals
HALF PAGE. What are you doing currently in the ministry? State your personal spiritual goals.
Include where you see yourself in your future service for the Lord and how you desire to aid the
ministry in the future. Give your life’s verse and how it has helped you in your walk with the
Lord.

IV. Conclusion
PARAGRAPH. Explain why you feel goals are important in your life. Find or write a quote that
will motivate you to aspire to your previously mentioned goals (i.e. “God gives us dreams a size
