On the internet at www.bdwp.co.uk after 18.00 or by Telephoning 01628 663729 between 18.00 and 19.00 CONDITIONS of ENTRY: These horse trials will be run according to the rules of British Eventing, except where varied below and the making of an entry constitutes acceptance of those rules. RULES: Horse/ponies must be 5 years or older except for Pre Intro who must be at least 4 years old. Horses/ponies must be over 137cm in height. Riders must attain the age of 12 years in 2015. Points won in B.E. Events will not apply. Hard hats must be worn with BSEN 1384, PAS015 and BSI kitemarked. Hats to be worn at all times when mounted. Body protectors must be worn when competing in the cross country phase. BETA approved and manufactured after 2000. Hats must be tagged for all three phases. Competitors must wear medical arm bands. Any horse or pony, which is considered by a Judge or the Organisers to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy, will be excluded from further competition without any refund of entry fee. All dogs must be kept on leads. ATV (quad bikes) and motor-bikes are not permitted at Snowball Farm, unless specifically authorised by the Organisers. Paper numbers will be used, so each rider will require a bib to display the number. Bibs will be on sale at the event. COURSE WALKING: The Cross Country Course will be open for walking on Friday, 11th September at 2.00 pm OBJECTIONS: Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within half an hour of the incident together with a £ 50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained. After this the score cannot be changed.
