For Soft Skills we have two Programs
First Program is for first year and second year students. This is a general program aimed at improving
the communication skills of the students. As we have seen that the communication skills of the students
are not up to the mark this hampers his/her regular studies. If the communication skills are not good
that it becomes difficult to place the student despite good academic score. Such students suffer from
complexes and it hampers their future prospects.
The second program is for students who take part in recruitment drives in 2009-10. The training is aimed

Evaluation copies of all software to be available in the lab for practical
Fee:
The responsibility of the collection of the fees is with the college. The college needs to collect the fees
from the students and makes a consolidated draft in favor of Haut IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, payable at New
Delhi. The college has to release 50% payment before the start of the training program, 25% payment on
the successful completion of half of the training and 25% payment on the complete successful
completion of the training program.
Step By Step Approach:
First level Talks between the college Management and Haut representatives
Presentation by Haut to the students on a scheduled date and time
Institute decides the number of courses and informs Haut about it
Institute and Haut sign an MOU
The institute has to ensure that the entire college strength enrolls for the program to ensure that the
student gains from such a tie up. Since the program has options in different skill sets as per the
requirement of the industry and highly subsidized it makes all the more sense to undergo such trainings
for the benefit of the students.
Institute to distribute the registration forms from the students and collect the same
Institute raises a Purchase order and sends the list of participants along with the required amount draft
for training to Haut . The draft has to be made in favor Haut IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, payable at New Delhi
Institute and Haut decide a date for commencement of course(s). The tentative date for completion
shall also be decided. This will help up to control backlogs, if any
Haut and Institute take stock of the proceedings and allocate roles responsibility to respective
representatives
Institute appoints one course coordinator for smooth execution of courses
Students need to sign code of conduct for smooth execution of courses
The Institute shall from time to time, along with Haut representative, take stock of the delivery and
satisfaction level

The Institute needs to ensure all rules and regulation are followed for the smooth delivery of the courses
All systems as agreed upon shall be followed
Examination and Assignments will be taken as required. Terms and Conditions of the same are clearly
specified in the Code of conduct
The college needs to give a certificate of completion of courses
The certificates will be provided once the courses are complete in all respect
The certificate of the college representatives who will be coordinating shall be handed over to the
Management. They too will have to undergo the exam and only after passing the exam. Under any
circumstances this shall not be handed over to the representatives.
