hazardous and special waste products and
dispose of them in an environmentally safe
manner at NO COST.
Includes but is not limited to the following
products: Batteries, Pesticides, Oven
Cleaners, Pharmaceuticals, Drain Openers,
Cleaners, Aerosols, Pool Chemicals, Ammonia,
Bleach, Fluorescent Bulbs & Tubes, Gasoline,
Antifreeze, Paint, Oil, Solvents, Propane Tanks.

The Bruce County Home Repair Program is administered through the
Housing Services Division of Bruce County.
The program is designed to improve the living conditions of low to moderate homeowners
in need home repair deficiencies, energy-efficiency upgrades and accessibility upgrades
for persons with disabilities.
You may be eligible if you own a home in Bruce County that is your sole and principal
residence.
The program provides a one-time assistance in the form of a 10-year forgiveable loan for
home repairs to a maximum of $10,000 per household.

Girl Guide - Pop Can Collection Day in Tara – Saturday May 23. You can help us by
collecting pop cans (if possible, please rinse & crush), bagging your pop cans and leaving
them in a visible spot outside. Please have the cans ready by 9:00 a.m. as the Guides will be
