mCherry tagged Sphingomonas Fr1 were inoculated onto gnotobiotically grown
Arabidopsis and were allowed to grow for several weeks before cuticle tape lifts using
Yamori 50 were performed on the abaxial side of the leaves. A) Leaves before cuticle lifts
