Box 346, Geneva, NE 68361 in order for your event to be secured. Check Payable to Fillmore County Ag Society RENTAL CONDITIONS: 1. No tape, staples or nails shall be used on any of the walls or ceilings. Tape on the floor must be blue painters tape and must be taken off (nothing can be stuck to floor) when finished and all items must be returned where you found them. 2. Nothing can be hung from the ceiling except from the hooks that have been provided on the East/West Beams, please ask and everything must be taken down after use of the building. 3. Renter is responsible for the Sound/Video Equipment (including TV's, Projector Screen, remotes and all equipment in closet) if it is damaged in any way renter is responsible. If using the sound/video system, please make arrangements at least one week before event to be shown how to use system. 4. No refunds of rental fee if cancellation. 5. The renter shall hold harmless the Fillmore County Ag. Society from all liability for injury or death or loss of or damage to any person or property that occurs during, or as a result of, the use of the facilities by the renter, and shall indemnify the Fillmore County Ag. Society for all expense it may incur as a result of claims or demands by anyone resulting from the use of the above listed facility by the renter. 6. Renters that choose to disperse alcohol at an event must do so through a Liquor Vendor with a license (Must provide a copy of license to Ag. Society before event). Renter shall pay charges for special security if such is deemed necessary by the Fillmore County Ag. Society. Liquor Vendor must contact Jean Engle a week before even to make arrangements to get a key to the bar. 7. Keys are to be dispersed at 8:00 a.m. On the morning of the event date or set up date unless exceptions have been made prior to the event. One will go to bar and one to renter. 8. Renters by the signing of this contract give their permission/consent to the entry at any time by law enforcement officials or Fillmore County Ag. Society representatives. 9. The renter hereby agrees to pay for any and all damage, breakage, or theft that occurs as a result of negligence to misuse of the premises by the renter. DO NOT SIT ON THE TABLES. If a table is broken at your event, you will be charged accordingly. 10. Renter shall remove all personal items at the end of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Fillmore County Ag. Society. 11. As a renter, you are required to follow the guidelines in the kitchen, bar and other designated areas in order to receive your Clean Up/Key Return Deposit back. If the guidelines are not followed, we will deduct from your cleanup/key return deposit accordingly. 12. THE RENTER SHALL NOT USE THE PREMISES IN VIOLATION OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE LAW OR CITY ORDINANCE OR FIRE REGULATION. Ag Hall Thermostats (4) should be set to 55 heat (winter) and 80 cool (summer) BE SURE ALL LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF AND ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED If we do not feel that the guidelines were met, we will deduct accordingly from your clean up fee.
