Teacher will read and discuss goals and objectives for this unit.
Teachers and students will continue reading and outline information
about Earth’s Atmosphere (Unit D Motion and Forces Ch. 5
Sec 5.1 Machines help People Do Work
Teacher and students will respond to questions 1-6 at the end of the
section. Complete 5.1 Study Guide from Text
Students will review class notes from lecture and focus on
vocabulary and definitions.






Students will complete & Identify Simple Machines/Types of
Levers 1-10 each
Students will review class notes from lecture and focus on vocabulary
and definitions.






regarding weekly performance
Teacher and students will discuss Students Portfolios, Notebooks,
Grades, and Science Projects etc.
Teacher will discuss with students the upcoming week in Science in
preparation for new Science content, with a continuation of the
Earth’s Atmosphere, and any additional lab materials needed etc.
