Educational Fantasy Football League (E.F.F.L.)
Permission Slip
Dear Parents,
The Educational Fantasy Football League will be running again at the Middle School. Below is a short description of the club and the dates we
will be meeting. I am excited to combine two passions of mine sports and education to create an educational experience.
E.F.F.L. club will use Fantasy Football to enhance students’ math, geography, technology, problem solving and decision making skills. Students
in this club will create and become an owner of a Fantasy Football Team in an Educational Fantasy Football League. Some of the activities
students will complete in this club are creating a team, researching a city for their team, analyzing and researching NFL players, creating a
Microsoft Excel document to track weekly data, calculate weekly scoring using various mathematical functions, and collaborate with
classmates. Each student will also create a multimedia presentation about their team to present to their classmates.
