Rally cancellations: The following policy is in place surrounding rallies so please be aware of the below:
“Please note that spaces are not confirmed until payment is received. Any cancellations need to be made the Monday before the rally you are attending unless we are to fill your space you will be charged after that time. The understanding of members is appreciated in this matter.”
Booking via Facebook: Normal rally bookings WILL NOT be accepted via Facebook, however if on the week of the rally LAST MINUTE SPACES have been
posted you can book in this way. After confirming you would like the space, payment must be sent ASAP.
Paying by Paypal: Rallies can be paid for via Paypal BUT if you are wishing to pay in this way you MUST confirm with Hollie Cox that there is a space
available BEFORE paying for your space, email svrcrallies@hotmail.co.uk , or text 0773 8364764. PAYMENT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION BEFOREHAND DOES
