RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP 2015
Dear Member,
Membership subscriptions for 2015/16 are due on April 15th. The Club Rules require that payment is made before April 30th.
Subscription rates for 2015/16 have been changed and details of the new rates can be found overleaf on the renewal form.
ACCESS FOBS
Access fobs held by members will be automatically deactivated on April 30th and if you have not renewed your membership before
then you will find that the fob will not open the main club doors. Access fobs are reactivated when the renewal subscription is
received. If you do not intend to renew your membership and you currently have a fob please return it to the clubhouse in an
envelope marked for the attention of the Membership Secretary who will arrange for a refund of the deposit you paid to get the fob.
ISSUING OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS
In order to minimise the costs of the renewal process membership cards will be made available for collection from the clubhouse
to members who have paid their subscription. Membership cards will not be posted out. Please collect your card without delay.
PAYMENTS
Payments should be made by cheque, payable to “Woodend Bowling & Lawn Tennis Club”. Please complete the renewal form
overleaf and return it to the Membership Secretary at the club address shown above.
PAYMENT BY INSTALMENT (Senior Tennis & Family membership)
Gents and Ladies Tennis by cheque dated 1st April £100and cheque dated 1st May £70.
Family Tennis Membership by cheque dated 1st April £140, cheque dated 1st May £100 and cheque dated 1st June £100.
All cheques must be submitted together.
CLUB RULES & BYE-LAWS
The renewal form incorporates a Declaration that all members named in the renewal application have read the Club Rules and
Bye-laws and agree to abide by them. The current Rules and Bye-laws can be found on the Club website at
WWW.WOODENDBLTC.CO.UK .
Disciplinary action may be taken in the event of a breach of the Rules and Bye-laws. Ignorance of the Rules and Bye-laws will
not be accepted as a defence.
MEMBERS’ E-MAIL ADDRESSES & TELEPHONE NUMBERS
It is now MANDATORY to provide the Club with a telephone number and/or an e-mail address to facilitate communication
between the Club and the membership.
MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE RENEWED AND NO MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THIS INFORMATION
IS PROVIDED.
