Compared to last week feeder cattle were 3.00-7.00 higher.
Slaughter cattle were mostly steady with the exception of lean cattle were up
5.00. There were Moderate offerings of all classes of cattle with moderate
buyer activity. Slaughter cows made up 8 percent of the offering, slaughter
bulls 3 percent, replacement cows 23 percent, other cows 1 percent, and
feeders 65 percent. The feeder supply included 34 percent steers, 43 percent
heifers, and 23 percent bulls. Near 7% of the run weighed over 600lbs.
