HR Certification Institute Job Description Job Title: Department: Level/Job Family: Reports To: FLSA Status: Prepared By: Prepared Date: Marketing Coordinator (New) HR Certification Institute Associate Specialist / Marketing Marketing Manager Non-exempt Elizabeth Richards 04/2014 SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of the HR Certification Institute’s (the “Institute”) acquisition and retention programs, in alignment with the Institute’s Strategic Plan, to build the business and promote the Institute and its products and services. This position also coordinates activities related to the webinar program and internal staff training. This position works collaboratively with members of the Institute’s marketing team, internal partners, and external vendors to ensure a consistent, effective, and timely delivery of marketing programs and initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinate activities and deliverables for the Institute’s acquisition campaigns in support of the Marketing Manager and aligned with the strategic plan for the Institute and Marketing department. Activities include but are not limited to data queries, content development, template creation, and coordinating campaign calendars. o Coordinate metrics and analysis with regards to acquisition campaign initiatives. o Coordinate budget tracking and monitoring with regards to acquisition campaign initiatives. o Work with research to develop, conduct and analyze surveys for acquisition campaigns. o Coordinate the acquisition webinars including participant invitations and internal notifications. o Develop and deliver internal staff training and educational activities in relation to acquisition campaigns. o Coordinate Blog Content for acquisition campaigns and maintain the publication calendar Coordinate advertising and brand activities and deliverables for the Institute’s marketing strategy in support of the Marketing Manager and aligned with the strategic plan for the Institute and Marketing department. o Coordinate testimonials and assist with integrating into advertising and collateral materials. o Recommend new advertising opportunities, domestically and globally o Coordinate metrics and analysis with regards to advertising and brand initiatives. o Assist with monitoring and budgeting tracking with regards to advertising and brand initiatives. Work collaboratively with all internal departments to continual improve operational effectiveness and ensure seamless communication and service to certificants and prospects. Work collaboratively within the marketing department to support cross-training and support for all marketing initiatives. Provide continuous process improvement recommendations to enhance program success and ensure the Institute is participating in value-added activities. Other duties as assigned consistent with the goals of the HR Certification Institute.
