SITE/ADVERTISING PACKAGE
___ Premium Package - $400 – ($1100 value if items were to be booked separately)
- 3 x 3m site* at Big Day Out for Dogs on Sunday, 9 December at KCC Park
- Strip ad in Dec. magazine (book before 14 September and receive an additional ad in Nov. magazine)
- Website ad displayed during October, November and December
___ Standard Package - $260 + GST – ($700 value if items were to be booked separately)
- 3 x 3m site* at Big Day Out for Dogs on Sunday, 9 December at KCC Park
- Website ad displayed during November and December
___ Site Only - $70 + GST
*3 x 3m site space will be situated on grassed area, no power is available. Exhibitors will need to provide their
own marquee or gazebo and weights (no stakes will be permitted), chairs, tables, etc. All displays must be within your
allocated space and not impede on the passage ways. Please keep your area tidy and free of rubbish.
Additional online and onsite promotion can be organised if your organisation is willing to provide door prizes or items

PUBLIC AND PRODUCT LIABILITY
All exhibitors at this event are required to have public liability Insurance with a minimum cover of ten million dollars. A
copy of your certificate of currency for this insurance must accompany this application. This must state your full
business name, expiry date and coverage must be ‘anywhere in Australia’.

Notification of non-attendance is required. No refunds will be give for non-attendance
No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation. In the case of inclement weather the event may be moved indoors. Cancellation
will only be in the case of extreme weather.
Cars will not be allowed on site during the event, but will have access before and after the event
Stallholders may distribute advertising, promotional materials, flyers, etc at their designated stall only. The material must relate to the
products on sale at that stall and must not contravene the rules, regulations and values of DOGS Victoria that can be viewed
www.dogsvictoria.org.au/AboutUs/ConstitutionRulesRegs.aspx. Any offending materials will be removed, the stallholder may be
asked to leave and no refund will apply.
