RESEARCH INTERESTS
How organism evolved and adapted to changing environments is a timeless scientific question.
The oyster is typical species adapted to the complex and changeable intertidal zone, and is an
important species in studying organism response to environment. My current research projects
are based on the C. gigas genome sequence database, conducting trancriptome-level
gene-environment study for the eastern oyster Crassostrea viginica.
