It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify Greenstead Farm or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident. 2) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times 3) No entry will be accepted without the correct fee. Phone entries will not be accepted. 4) No Spurs in M & M classes or on ponies under 13.2hh Affiliation Rules ROYAL LONDON SHOW RIDDEN AND IN-HAND CLASSES First, Second and Third placed horses/ponies in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show in 2012. Each Qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show provided the owner and rider/handler are or will become registered with the International Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. These classes are qualifiers for TGCA National Championship Show to be held 22nd September 2012 at The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe, Bedfordshire. TGCA Classes (inhand or ridden) are open to anyone to qualify, unless showing a stallion. Non licensed Stallions may compete in the class but are not able to qualify for the National Championships. All stallions 4 years and over must be licensed with the TGCA prior to the show to qualify for the TGCA National Championships. All exhibits must be registered (passports over-stamped) and exhibitors and owners must be fully paid up members either prior to, or within 21 days of the show date for the qualification to be valid. Members, who are registered prior to the show, must have their qualification cards present in the ring for the judge to sign for the qualification to be valid. 11) Stirrups must be run up or crossed over when the rider is not mounted 12) Stallions, Colts and all other Youngstock may not be handled or lead by children under the age of 16 Foals born in the current year are not permitted to be shown in TGCA classes, except the TGCA Championship Show ‘TOYS’. 13(Anyone misusing whips and spurs will be asked to leave the showground All stallions and colts two years and over must be bitted when in the ring. Competitors must display their TGCA stallion disc on their exhibits bridle when competing or qualification will not be given. 14) Stallions may not been ridden by anyone under the age of 18 NB. Greenstead Farm rules state colts and stallions must be bitted regardless of its age 15) Stallions and Colts MUST be bitted These classes are open to both coloured and solid gypsy cobs with a ‘best solid’ rosette being awarded to the highest place solid in each class. A rosette is awarded to the highest placed TGCA member in each class. 16) Whips no longer than 30 inches 17) Do not obstruct access or gate ways 18) NO public access to private areas, livery yard or barns 19) The organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel any class on the schedule. 20) The organizers reserve the right to withdraw horse or pony from starting or continuing the class if deemed appropriate. Horses or Ponies acting dangerously may also be asked to leave the showground 21) No litter is to be left anywhere and mucking out horse boxes/ trailers on the lorry park is strictly forbidden. Anyone found doing this may be asked to leave. Ridden classes: Exhibits must be 4 years and over and comply with the above. The highest placed junior rider and the highest placed exhibitor eligible for the restricted classes (open to any cob not to have qualified for HOYS, RIHS or been placed 1st-3rd at any county level or in any TOYS Finals in the current or previous year must present their cards for signature by the judge to take part in the junior and restricted finals classes. EQUI-FEST RIDDEN AND INHAND CLASSES This show is affiliated to Equi-fest, taking part place at the East of England Showground on the 15th-19th August 2012.
