No appliances – for example refrigerators, washer, dryers, stoves, etc.
No firearms (Antique/BB guns accepted – check with office).
No food.
No pornographic videos or magazines.
No hazardous materials or containers with residue.
Furniture Floor space available for vendors who currently rent from Nellie & Nico’s,
depending on space availability. There is a 20% store commission for items not in
rented space (Furniture Floor). Please call management to check on available space
before bringing in furniture.
All furniture subject to approval. Contact management for other space available at the
store. Once furniture floor is full there may be additional storage space available.
Average Booths are approximately 4’ D x 8’ L and rent for $90.00/month plus 10% of
total sales from booth.
End Caps rent for $45.00/month for a 4’W x 8’T (1/2 end cap) or $80.00 for entire end
cap. Floor space limited to 12” from wall. 10% of total sales from booth.
Booths/End Caps must be kept clean and products within confines of space rented.
Showcases available for rent at $80.00/month. No locked showcases in booths.
Items bought with credit/debit cards will have a 3% charge to the vendor.
No clothes or shoes – exception being period (like civil war) or special items like leather
jackets or custom sports jersey. At no time can such clothes exceed 10% of booth
content, unless approved by office.
All items sold on Nellie & Nico’s property must be paid through Nellie & NIco’s
All items owned by one vendor must be within the space rented (Unless approved by
Nellie & Nico’s Management)
Furniture Floor Booths are approximately $100/month, & Front End Row Booths are
approximately $125/month. End Row Booths are approximately $100
Any items not in rented space is subject to 20% commission and/or put in storage with a
possible fee of 5% of total sale, a week
Any storage space rented to customers must supply own security device, and keep items
in storage space
Any vendor caught shoplifting items from store is subject to removal of items in Nellie
& Nico’s immediately
Any work space must be rented out from Nellie & Nico’s Management
Any kind of paint/finishes used in the store must be approved by Nellie & Nico’s
Management
Customers and Nellie & Nico’s Management have priority of Nellie & Nico’s property
(Carts/flatbeds office supplies, dolly, etc.)
Any untagged items or unclaimed items, after 30 days, will be property of Nellie &
Nico’s
All vendors are responsible for their own trash; any trash left by vendors could be
subject to a fee
Checks will be ready no later than the 3rd day of the month
