accommodated as they will not be

programme or be helped in a
meaningful way.
Those who have been referred
and did not disclose any mental
health challenges but displays
signs of aggression or non-cooperation within the first two
weeks of their stay will be
transferred back into to care of
the referrer for appropriate
placement.
Those victims with substance
abuse addictions will be
accommodated upon agreement
that full co-operation are given
