To make the most of your day, we recommend
arriving at 9.30am to relax and enjoy the spa
facilities before your treatments. Your itinerary will
be given on arrival detailing your treatment and

Spa Arrival
Please arrive at the main hotel reception at least 5
minutes before your first treatment to collect and
complete a health questionnaire.
We cannot guarantee receiving the full treatment
time to anyone arriving late.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of commencement
will incur a 50% charge.
Spa Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers make a wonderful present for any
occasion. We can create vouchers for a specific
amount, treatment or package.
Minimum Age
Due to health and legal reasons we are unable to
offer body treatments or massage to anyone under
the age of 16. An adult must accompany anyone
under 16.
Medical Conditions
Certain medical conditions may prevent you from
using the spa facilities or having certain treatments.
If you have any concerns speak to a member of
staff or consult your doctor before booking.
Dress Code
Hotel residents and day packages are provided with
gowns and slippers. We recommend changing into
these before your treatments with underwear or dry
swimwear underneath, alternatively wear loose,
comfortable clothing. It is also helpful to remove
any jewellery
The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and we
encourage our guests to relax in their robes in the
public areas.
Getting the Most From Your Day
It is usually best to use the spa facilities before
having your treatments.
Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of
water when using the spa and after treatments.
It is advisable not to consume a heavy meal or
alcohol directly before or after treatments.
