If successful, the UK Border Agency requires the University to pass your personal and
academic qualification details when it endorses your application for Tier 1 (Graduate
Entrepreneur). The UKBA also requires the University to retain documents about your
selection and endorsement for the length of your sponsorship and until the UKBA audits the
University.
The UK Border Agency advises that the information we provide will be treated in confidence
but may be disclosed to other law enforcement agencies, government departments,
agencies, local authorities, foreign governments and other bodies for immigration or
research purposes or to enable them to perform their functions.
