Turn the key at her side, and her head turns from side as her arms go up and down and feet starts kicking, giving you her rendition of mama. Called the kicking crying Steiner, she's an outstanding example of this mold. $2,295 [1-2] 2- 26" The so called Kestner AT, is one of the rarest dolls attributed to Kestner and is fervently sought after by collectors, and considered to be on a par with the finest French dolls. This gorgeous version has everything going for her. A fabulous early body, incredible bisque and coloring as well as the masterful execution of the painting of the features. Her elegant antique clothes are extraordinary, along with her magnificent original mohair wig, tells us she was treasured. $18,500 [1-3] 3- 18" Bru Jne The face says it all. This incredible example of the earliest Bru Jne is spectacular. Superb bisque, gorgeous coloring and a body in mint condition. No rubs, repaired fingers or distractions of any kind. She has an incredibly beautiful face and the desired tongue that collectors avidly search for and above all the beautiful Bru hands. The vintage clothes, as you can see are divine, and in lovely condition including the original undies. Call [1-4] 4-This little guy, 15" Kestner oriental# 243, as the Kestner book says is a choice doll and avidly sought after by collectors. While Many oriental girl dolls were made as well as babies, none are as memorable as this captivating little boy mold. I've yet to see two alike, so a great deal of creativity was involved in the dressing of these dolls. This one in the darling cabinet size is a beauty, the most adorably expressive face. The headdress and beading on the clothes are in great condition and have been handled very tenderly. [1-7] 6- One of the highlights of this update is the 8” enchanting tiny wire eyed "C" Steiner, with the most unforgettable little face including her precious wardrobe. Just enlarge the picture. She comes with her original wig and original dress, extra vintage clothes; three dresses, pink satin jacket, stripped flannel night gown and mob cap, extra undies and best of all her own little dolly. Perfect bisque, the loveable scowling SFBJ Character in this wonderful size is really a gem. She's a great example of her mold number. $7,200 [2-3] 8- 10" Absolutely wonderful Block Letter FG in adorable original clothes. She has a teeny tiny line under the wig, not visible with the naked eye, in fact you can’t find it unless you black light it, so instead of $6800, She is $5,500 [2-6] 9- 22" Simon Halbig #719, was the first mold number manufactured by Simon Halbig. This doll has another historical distinction. Thomas Edison used this mold on his phonograph dolls, introduced in 1890. They are collected by men as well as women even though the talking devices no longer work. The face is a sweet, very distinctive one she has a lovely composition body with the metal box torso. $2,000 [2-7] 10- 10 ½” Darling FG in a Scroll with the face of a block letter. This adorable little one wears precious vintage clothes of French lace over blue silk; her lace trimmed chapeau is a treasure. old hat is an old shoes, and undies. WHAT A LOVE $4,800 [2-8] 11- 10" This exquisite #1 Tete Jumeau, reclame has huge blue eyes ,the fine black line and loads of finely drawn lashes, exaggerates them further. Gorgeous bisque, a darling body, in its original finish, and exquisite painting of her features are some of her attribute. Her vintage costume, of Fawn colored taffeta and mini checked jacket, is nothing less than spectacular in this small size, as is the black velvet chapeau that matches the trim of her jacket. precious antique bar pin. Magnificent light blue eyes, peaches and cream coloring, exquisitely drawn features, look at her mouth her marked body is pristine and her clothes are Couture, including her Bee marked Jumeau shoes, all in good condition, no melting or disintegration. We added the vintage hat with antique moss roses which goes so beautifully with the subtle florals in her dress. $7,300 [4-7] 13- 7” K STAR R #101 "Marie" one of the most beloved of the Kammer and Rheinhardt series of Character children, both head and body are perfect ,Her vintage clothes go with her in her trunk. There are four extra dresses, a petticoat and panty set, a darling velvet jacket. and extra panties. The Molding on this wistful little face is superb; she is prettier than her photo. We tried again to capture that precious face, but it just didn’t quite get it. I promise you, she's darling. $2,200 [4-8] 14- 15" darling Bru Brevette in totally original clothes, gorgeous, perfect bisque, no rubs dots , or flaws of any kind, Beautiful arms, no finger repairs, sheer perfection. The Ermine hat and scarf are darling, but her original dress, which will of course go with her, has seen better days, and is unfortunately melting. We plan to replace it, and will discuss that with whoever is lucky enough to adopt this little beauty. Call [5-1] 15- Rare 13" A Steiner with bisque hands. Must have always been kept under glass. How else to explain her sheer perfection. The magnificent hands are perfect each bisque fingernails outlined in pink, as lovely as a Bru's, we got the clothes in Paris, Precious antique Bonnet, and the dress a work of art, skillfully cut down from an heirloom blouse She’s perfect from head to toe. The embroidered lace is indescribably magnificent, you must enlarge the picture to fully appreciate 'it. $11,500 [5-2] 16- 20" Rare "B" wire eyed Steiner, Incised Paris "B" 13, and marked body, Le Petite Parisian 1889,her mama papa pull springs are still intact. A most appealing little girl gorgeous bisque, and coloring, original wig, she wears the most charming, antique wool crochet dress that is so different and so precious. And right for her, she has her beautiful original mohair wig, and the dearest straw hat covered in antique wool paisley, heaped with faux berries. She has a very tiny, totally invisible line under her wig at the top of the crown, which in no way detracts from her beauty, but does reflect, in her price. I Love Her. $6,800 [5-4] 17- 16” Rare Paris Bebe in extraordinary vintage clothes. Marked head and body, she has gorgeous coloring, he blue paperweight eyes are underlined with a fine black line, ringed with lashes that make her eyes even more outstanding. Her clothes are fabulous; the dress underneath the splendid silk velvet coat has antique cut steel trim at her waist and neck. The coat is truly spectacular, trimmed with what seems to be weeks of work, hand tatting, we can only imagine by a doting grandmother. Her chapeau matches wonderfully. She is said to have a tiny flaw at the very top of her head under the wig, which I have been unable to find, even with a magnifying glass. inside or out. $6,000 [5-7] 18- 15" Black Hilda, we haven't had a black Hilda in ages, and to find one so absolutely precious, flawless bisque, and in the most extravagant original christening clothes. No rubs or mottling is indeed a coup. She wears an extra flannel petticoat. This baby is so huggable, you won't be able to put her down. A plump little tongue and two tiny teeth peep out of her mouth and the dear little expression is priceless. Because the camera shows her a little darker than she is, it doesn't do her justice. She is a treasure $4,000 [6-1] 19- Outstanding 21” "Bebe Louvre" in her factory original dress of organdy with ribbon beaded bodice, and rows of inserted lace. The fetching vintage bonnet frames her exquisite face, which boasts extraordinary lovely coloring; her original wig is such a striking contrast to her fabulous blue eyes. $7,000. [6-2] 20- 19” Incised Jumeau; this moldwas only made for two years, and as a result not easily found. Her angelic face is an extraordinarily pretty one, out of my own collection her dress is old, and we have replaced the jacket with vintage silk taffetas as hers was completely shredded. She has a straight wristed marked body, applied ears, gorgeous bisque, painting and coloring. Her antique watch is so lovely, you'll be tempted to borrow it. $8,500 [6-8] 21- 13" Portrait Jumeau, One of the most adored classifications of the idealized Jumeaus. Her blue spiral eyes, the almond shape outlined in black are captivating, as is the pale bisque with just the right touch of blush precious ensemble of antique fabrics are so beautifully detailed. The pleated skirt is of gorgeous, rose strewn moiré taffeta, The Jacket wonderfully detailed has added back interest. Her original mohair wig is topped by a most appealing and unusual antique straw bonnet. Antique buckled French shoes, complete this delightful picture. $10,500. [7-4] 22- 21" Tete Jumeau #8 in a wonderful vintage Mariners costume in beautiful condition. Old undies, old shoes with the cloak mark, and a fabulous very special straw hat with the HMS :ORB: in gold on the grosgrain band. This doll has angelic tranquil expression that is so endearing. The bisque and coloring is sheer perfection. Her body is great, the usual signs of wear, but no mended fingers. She is in her original finish. $5,300 [7-5] 23- 16" Schmitt, by Schmitt & Fils Paris 1854-1891.This early Schmitt with blue almond shaped eyes, is truly exceptional. Gorgeous, coloring and painting, with carmine touched lips, her wonderful distinctive Schmitt body with gauntlet lower arms, and her marked flat bottom, and incised marked head, has everything. Original wig exceptionally beautiful old clothes including her original bonnet, old shoes. and old undies. Darling old coat, hat and muff, the dress is indescribably beautiful a caplet bodice with satin appliqué peeping out from under the lace. $14,000 [7-8] 24- 9” Rare incised WD, made by Wilheim Dehler for the French trade circa 1880's. (Scarce as the proverbial hens teeth), in outstanding original clothes. Gorgeous blue paperweight eyes, straight wristed adorable body, with jointed knees and flawless bisque. $4,800
