Envision NM follows the University of New Mexico’s delay and cancellation schedule. Envision New Mexico Pediatric TeleECHO Clinics Envision New Mexico Pediatric teleECHO Clinics—in partnership with Project ECHO®— provide 20 – 30 minutes of a didactic topic followed by your case consultations with our expert consultants. Confidentiality is maintained by de-identification of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA. The goal of Envision New Mexico Pediatric TeleECHO Clinics is to enable providers to treat patients with chronic, complex diseases in their home communities with the same level of expertise given at a major medical center. COMM-TC – Childhood Overweight Medical Management TeleECHO Clinic offers primary care providers an opportunity to seek input on the evaluation and management of their overweight pediatric patients. PNT – Pediatric Nutrition TeleECHO Clinic Community of Care links Registered Dietitians (RD) and other medical providers with expertise in pediatric nutrition around the State of New Mexico with rural nutrition and medical care providers to offer instruction and support regarding care for children in the practice of nutrition (Medical Nutrition Therapy). APT – Asthma/Pulmonary TeleECHO Clinics offer primary care providers an opportunity to seek input on the evaluation and management of their asthma/pulmonary patients. Open MICC – Motivational Interviewing Case Conference is a clinical consultation service focusing on use of Motivational Interviewing techniques intended for medical and behavioral health providers. Clinical cases will be discussed for the purpose of developing more proficiency with your MI practice. Didactic training will be offered. Envision New Mexico Pediatric Telehealth Sessions SBHC QII – School-Based Health Center Quality Improvement Telehealth Sessions link ENM faculty, staff, and guest faculty to SBHC primary health care and behavioral health providers around New Mexico. Core topics for provider education and support are directed toward all SBHC providers especially those embarking on enhanced practice and QI. DSI – Developmental Screening Initiative Telehealth Sessions links UNM specialists in pediatric developmental care with community and rural primary health care providers. DSI promotes the use of standardized developmental screening tools and appropriate referral to ensure that no child reaches kindergarten with an undiagnosed developmental disability. DSI is an Envision New Mexico and Center for Development and Disability Partnership.
