MICRO-DERMABRASION
Crystal Clear Micro-dermabrasion gives immediate and visible results for

How does it work?
Using a controlled method of skin resurfacing, the Micro-dermabrasion
machine gently exfoliates the outer dead layers of skin with tiny crystals
which are then vacuumed away.
CHROMA THERAPY (LIGHT THERAPY) is used in combination with a professional facial
treatment on the face and neck. The LED lights stimulate the skin’s cells to change and the four
colours used promote different reactions to either stimulate the circulation and lymphatic flow, or to
calm and decongest areas. LED therapy is a safe, painless and non-invasive procedure that
activates skin cells with pulses of low level, non-thermal light energy.

How does it work?
Directing coloured light towards the face can encourage physical healing. LED light produce a

What is a Glycolic Peel?
A Glycolic Peel is a non toxic chemical solution/gel of glycolic compound derived from

What happens during the treatment?
1.
The skin is cleansed and prepared for the glycolic treatment gel.
2.
The treatment gel is gently massaged into the face and decollate for approximately 5
mins. During this time, it is normal to experience a tingling/pricking sensation.
3.
The treatment gel is then removed and a gentle soothing and moisturising mask is
applied to the face and decollate.
4.
A moisturising cream or lotion is applied
The MD Formulations (40%) glycolic skin peel is an extremely effective and gentle specialised
skin care treatment. It is a dry skin exfoliator and deep pore cleanser, suitable for all skin
types.
For best results: it is important that skin care products containing glycolic compounds are
used twice a day during your normal skin care routine for a minimum period of 2 weeks prior to
your first skin peel.
It is recommended that a glycolic peel treatment be taken once a month for the first 6 months.
The Alpha Beta peel (50%) can then be taken thereafter.

FACELIFT Facial - using Micro Current
This advanced electro-therapy treatment uses micro electrical current to gently and safely
stimulate, lift and tone the muscles whilst rejuvenating the skin. Based on a tried and
tested procedure widely used in the medical world, the treatment is completely safe and
non-invasive. The procedure is very gentle and there is no uncomfortable pressure; just
the soft touch of cotton-tipped probes. The micro current re-educates muscles and softens
lines and wrinkles.

Procedure
 The skin is cleansed and toned with Monu Skin skincare preparations.

A collagen-enriched gel is used with the micro current and cotton-tipped probes are
gently glided over the muscles of the face and neck for 30 minutes.

The skin is toned and moisturised with a concentrated ampoule to further tighten and
lift and aid increased moisture retention in the tissues.
A course of 10 treatments taken over 4 weeks is recommended for maximum results.
Thereafter 1 treatment per month should be taken for best effect.
GALVADERM
This specialist electro-therapy Galvaderm Facial gently combines nature and science and
is used with Monu Galvaderm range of skin care products which contain pure plant
extracts, essential oils, minerals, vitamins and firming proteins.
This facial has been designed to deep cleanse, assist cell renewal and introduce balancing
preparations deep within the skin. This facial will purify the skin and allow active
substances to penetrate and help moisture and regulate the skin’s metabolism.
