AN EDITOR’S GUIDE
To assist in ensuring the consistency of messages across programme documents.
This year’s template has been locked in certain areas. This document is designed to
provide some helpful information to assist in completing the programme document.
Editing the document
The document allows two types of editing: full access editing and form filling.
Areas which can be edited in full are in green. These sections are designed to allow
you more freedom to tailor the document to the requirements of your programme. In
some cases the section might not be relevant to your programme and can be
completed deleted.
The majority of the document is designed to be treated as a form where the section
titles cannot be changed and you fill in the box below. In each box there will be
some text to highlight the type of information expected in each section. Please write
over this text with the relevant information for your programme.
You can use the up and down arrows to quickly navigate your way through the
document and find all the form fields you need to complete.
