2016 Green Wall Awards of Excellence DESIGN AWARD SUBMISSION FORM Eligibility All buildings types and green wall designs are eligible, provided they are within North America and have been growing for at least one year as of June 2, 2016. Participants from previous years that did not win are welcome to re-submit. Only one lead submission per project will be accepted, and all project team members should be identified on page 2 of this submission. If multiple entries are received for the same project, we reserve the right require a collaborative submission. Submission leaders may include Landscape Architects, Architects and Engineers, Design Consultants, Non-profit Organizations, Educational & Research Institutions, Developers, and Owners. Please complete all of the sections below to ensure the best evaluation of your project. Please resave this form into MS Word .doc format and create a 5-10 slide Power Point presentation for your submission. The presentation must not exceed 5 MB (please ensure that you compress all of your images). Water Quality / Water Treatment Ability of the green wall to retain and improve the quality of stormwater, and/or the involvement of a green wall in building's water treatment strategy, and its effectiveness.
