CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entry is subject to acceptance of these conditions.
1.
PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the event office before riding. All Open riders must complete a Day
Attendance Form and pay $10 PCAV Day Attendance fee if a current PCAV Grading Card cannot be produced.
2. Medical armbands and correct ‘standards’ numbered helmets must be worn by all competitors at all time while riding.
3. Gear check before riding in each test/phase of the competition is required.
4. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times;
refuse any entry with or without stating the reason. Entries will be accepted in the order they are received and
numbers in each section will be restricted. The committee re- serves the right to close any grade or section prior
to the closing date.
5. The organising committee will pre-allocate and advise numbers. Competitors must supply their own numbers,
saddle/ bridle numbers may be worn on each side of the horse or back numbers.
6. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate. An administration fee of $10 will be deducted.
7. Queries, protests, horse abuse and doping rules as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws.
8. Horses must be at least 4 years old, no stallions, colts or rigs.
9. More than one horse may be ridden subject to the conditions of PCAV Handbook of By-laws multiple horse rules.
10. Placing’s determined as per PCAV By-Laws (37. Separating Equality of Scores).
11. Dogs are prohibited without exception.
12. No lunging is allowed.
