information for the following outcome categories. Complete citations should be provided for all
outcomes. Citations should include titles, dates published or anticipated publication dates, volume
and issue numbers if applicable, publisher information, and page numbers. Outcomes that are in
press should be supported by copies of letters from editors and/or publishers. Please use the space
provided or type entries on separate sheets of paper using the numbered categories below. Any
outcome that does not fit in categories 1-8, should be included in category 9. Note that these articles
and books are published or in press for the time period of the award. If a manuscript has only been
submitted, include it in section B.

progress report is reviewed.

Book chapters- A copy of the book or chapter should be attached to this report and will be returned to
the author after the progress report is reviewed.

Edited books- A copy of the book or chapter should be attached to this report and will be returned to
the author after the progress report is reviewed.
5.
Grants- Please include information about external grant proposals that were submitted and/or funded
by an external private foundation or government agency. Note that only grants that support faculty
scholarship fall into this category. Please provide information about the grant’s status and attach
supporting documentation (copy of proposal, award letters, letters from the granting organization, etc.).

Published peer-reviewed abstracts- Please provide a copy of each abstract.
7.
Other publications- These can include, but are not limited to: newspaper articles, book reviews,
magazine articles, monographs, essays, and screenplays.

Conference presentations- Please provide presentation type (talk, poster, symposium, etc.), title,
complete list of authors, and conference name, data, and location.
9.
Other outcomes- These can include but are not limited to: works of art, art shows, and multimedia
productions. Any measurable outcome that does not fit into any of the above categories should be
described in detail here. Please provide all pertinent information regarding these outcomes and attach
supporting documentation.
