Took Program Director to TAB convention to learn more about the radio industry, and what help is available for him from the TAB. Held numerous meetings with staff to review our hiring process, and improve our outreach in the community especially to the Hispanic community. Built new website located at TLCmedia.org to assist perspective employees by making the hiring process more attractive by making it faster and easier.
