TIME FOR SPRING CLEANING WITH EDMOND’S OPERATION CLEAN UP!
April 18, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ UCO parking lot #12 behind Fire Station #1 at 925 E. 2nd
Street. Off of 2nd Street, take Baumann to Main, go west, take immediate left into Lot #12.
Edmond’s annual Operation Clean Community event, sponsored by Edmond Beautiful
and the City of Edmond, is scheduled for Saturday, April 18 from 9 a.m. to noon in the
UCO parking lot behind Fire Station #1. This collection effort is in conjunction with a
statewide Trash-Off, which is sponsored by the Beautification Office of the Oklahoma
Department of Transportation.
Services offered at this year’s event include: Paper Document Shredding provided by
MIDCON. Customer’s documents will be shredded on site within view of the customers.
(Solid Waste Residential Customers only. A utility bill will be required)
E-Waste Collection provided by CDR Global. E-waste consists of TVs, VCRs,
Computers, etc. Tire Collection for Edmond residential customers. Only car tires will be
accepted. (no truck or tractor tires please).

Friendly Reminder!
We are having a lot of issues with Pets, when you moved in we went over the Pet agreement with you, however
the rules are not being followed and this may cause you to lose your pet, the pet fee and possibly your
apartment. It is also very frustrating to your neighbors, so here are a couple of rules that are not to be ignored
and will be strictly enforced.
1. Your Pet is to be kept inside the apartment at all times except when on a leash and accompanied by and
under control of the tenant.
2. Tenant shall be responsible for all pet droppings.
3. Tenant agrees that if the pet becomes bothersome, annoying or in any way a nuisance to their neighbors
the resident will immediately, upon notice of the landlord, remove the pet from the premises or vacate
the apartment.
4. There are to be no more than 2 pets per apartment and a pet fee must be paid on both pets before they
are allowed to enter the apartment, there must be a pet lease for each pet, and no installment
payments shall be allowed.
