GOAL
Goal of the subject is to teach the student for the treatment of diseases of hard dental tissue in clinical conditions

At the end of the exercises from the diseases of teeth and the student should:
1. Overcome a history and general dental patients
2. Government of diagnostic procedures related to diseases of hard dental tissue
3. Preparation of master fields
4. Theoretical and practical knowledge of materials show that the temporary and definitive closure of Cavity
5. Theoretically and practically demonstrate that knowledge and instruments and fixation mode during Cavity

CONTENT OF THE SUBJECT:
Theoretical teaching – methodical units
Biology of teeth. Material and function dental pulp.
Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of dental pathology.
The mechanisms of emergence and perception dentinskog and pulpnog pain.
Histopathology pulpodentin complex.
Reply dental tissue in acute and chronic stimuli. Dentin wound and safety procedures. Reversible changes in dental pulp.
Deep caries, the clinical picture, diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Treatment of deep caries, and indirect means for covering the
pulp.
Traumatic and arteficial damage dental pulp, the clinical picture. Therapy, the means for direct pulp covering. Pulp healing of
wounds. The course, prognosis and evolution.
Protective surfaces
The etiology and pathogenesis pulpopatiy.
Symptomatology and diagnosis of diseases of dental pulp.
Odontalgija
Classification of dental pulp diseases.
Clinical picture of inflammatory process of dental pulp, course and prognosis.
Treatment of teeth with irreversible changes in dental pulp. Indications and contraindications, the treatment plan.
Regressive and degenerative changes pulpnog tissue.
