Prof. Peter Senge has been named as one of the world's top 10 management gurus by The Financial Times

Business Strategy (1999), which further added he was one of the few people who 'had the greatest impact on the
way we conduct business today', they regarded him as one of the 24 people who has had the greatest influence
on business strategy over the last 100 years. He will be sharing his world-class insights on how schools can
become learning champions.
Sir John Jones is one of the leading experts in school leadership and creativity. He is is one of a small, select
band of educational professionals who had their achievements recognised in the New Year’s Honours List (2003).
One of the most entertaining, inspiring and sought-after speakers on the global educational stage, his
achievements and reputation for straight-talking, leadership and creativity have led him to be invited on to a
number of panels and think- tanks. John is also the author of best-selling book “The Magic-Weaving Business”
and co-author of “Winning the H factor: The Secrets of Happy School”.
Prof. Eric Mazur is the Balkanski Professor of Physics and Applied Physics at Harvard University, Dean of
Applied Physics at Harvard, and Vice-President of the Optical Society. In 2014 Mazur became the inaugural
recipient of the Minerva Prize for Advancements in Higher Education. In education he is widely known for his work
on Peer Instruction, an interactive teaching method aimed at engaging students in the classroom and beyond.
Mazur is a leading speaker on education. His motivational lectures on interactive teaching, educational
technology, and assessment have inspired people around the world to change their approach to teaching.
Dr. Douglas Reeves is the founder of Creative Leadership Solutions. He is the receipient of the prestigious Brock
International Prize for his contributions to educational research and received the Contribution to the Field Award
from the National Staff Development Council. He has addressed audiences around the globe on educational
leadership and effective teaching. The author of more than 80 articles and 30 books, Dr. Reeves was twice
named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series. He will presenting his cutting-edge perspectives
on leading to inspire creative schools.
Dr Ron Ritchhart is the principal investigator and acclaimed author of “Making Thinking Visible” & “Creating
Cultures of Thinking”. Ron has been a researcher at Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education since
1994. His research focuses on understanding how to develop, nurture, and sustain thoughtful learning
environments for both students and teachers. His interest in “cultures of thinking” has lead him to conduct
research in such areas as intellectual character, mindfulness, thinking dispositions, teaching for understanding,
creativity in teaching, and the development of communities of practice.
