5.7.4.6 When used in stress-relieved assemblies, the material of quenched and tempered steels
A537, Cl 2, and A678 , Grade B, and of TMCP steel A841 shall be represented by test specimens that have been subjected to the same heat treatment as that used for the stress relieved assembly.
