Communiqué
Further to the communiqué issued by the Board of Gamma-Civic Ltd on 12 November 2013 pertaining to
the listing of its subsidiary company, Lottotech Ltd (“Lottotech”) on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd,
the shareholders, investors and the public in general are hereby informed that Lottotech has now
obtained the approval of the relevant Stock Exchange Authorities to proceed with the Offer for Sale of up
to 85,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value and the listing of 340,000,000 ordinary shares of no par
value on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, subject to all the conditions pertaining to
the Offer for Sale and the listing being met.
All parties are advised to exercise caution in respect of their dealings in the shares of Gamma-Civic Ltd.
