They include: All Agreements Agreements with Student Exchange Component Agreements with Faculty Exchange Component Performing and submitting assessment of the collaborative activities in accordance with OIP and University standards Consulting OIP when amending/modifying the agreement Initiating renewal of the agreement within the appropriate time period Recruiting students for exchanges Covering all outstanding fees resulting from uneven exchange balances Providing academic support and guidance to both inbound and outbound students (for example, making a good faith effort to get inbound exchange students enrolled into desired courses— assuming appropriate pre-requisites) Nominating faculty for exchange Hosting faculty from partner university in accordance with agreement (including arranging for transportation, housing, campus integration, workspace, etc.) Covering costs associated with agreed upon exchange of faculty (the details of which should be laid out in agreement) Coverage of funded, legal and/or regulatory activities should be in partnership with the following offices. Agreements with Research Component Dual/Double and Joint Degree Agreements Office of Research - Proprietary and Intellectual Property, Economic Development, Technology Transfer, and Non-disclosure agreements. Sponsored Programs – financial agreements/awards, fee for service, etc. Office of Research Integrity – Animal Research (IACUC), Human Subjects Research (IRB), Bio-Hazard and Bio-Safety (IBC), Responsible Conduct of Research, and Export Controls.
