The programme is meant to develop the students’ faculties in the fields of
 participation in the development and implementation of projects and land management
schemes, building and planning of settlements, territorial planning, real estate
development projects;
 participation in the implementation of planning and surveying as well as topographic and
geodesic activities on land management, national real estate cadastre regulated by law;
 creation of cadastral maps and formation of cadastral information systems;
 cadastral valuation of land and other real estate objects.

legal regulation of relations that are established in the process of land surveying.
The objectives of the course are to study the system of tax, credit and other benefits
provision to businesses, institutions, organisations and citizens during cadastre works; to learn
the basic legal acts in the field of regulation of legal support of land management.

The course aims to familiarise with the issues, including problematic ones in land
management, cadastral activities, state cadastral registration of real estate objects.
The objectives of the course are to study the stages of the creation of state cadastral
registration in Russia; to analyse legislation, technologies, organisation and practical results of
the state cadastral registration of real estate objects; to acquaint with the identified issues of
incomplete information about the real estate objects; to teach maintain real estate cadastre.

The course aims to study a system of land planning in the Russian Federation; to master
the conceptual framework of land planning; to familiarise with the legal and scientific and
framework of land planning in Russia, its characteristics and functions on the modern stage of
the administrative, land and urban reforms.
The objectives of the course are to study the regularities of formation and distribution of
federal, regional or local entities on the territory of the Russian Federation and municipalities of
various types; to teach conduct the urban planning analysis from social, economic, engineering,
aesthetic, sanitary, hygienic and ecological points of view as well as the sequence of
development of land planning of the subject of the Russian Federation.

comprehensive analysis of the territory, including the analysis of city development, optimization
of housing development, registration and valuation of land and real estate objects.

assessment and registration of land and other property; to carry out land surveying and to form
real estate objects.
Automated Design and Cadastre Systems

The course aims to form an idea of the modern automated design systems in land
management and cadastre, to consider the main issues of organisation, collaboration and
functional capabilities of the automated design systems and their use in land management and

technologies; to teach how to determine the spatial information structure that is used in
computer-aided design systems.

writing an evaluation report on business.

state cadastral registration of land; to organise and properly evaluate the input and output
information streams; to be able to properly organise and present them in digital and electronic
form.
Modern Technologies of Land Use and Cadastral Works

The course aims to be able to conduct R&D and land activities associated with the state
real estate cadastre; to study the modern technologies that facilitate land use and cadastral works.
The objectives of the course are to teach how to render topographic and geodetic support

studies in order to acquire optimal information about the state of the environment and its
components while explaining and clarifying environmental forecasting; to explore the theoretical
foundations of natural resources cadastre in Russia, the mechanism of their development,
maintenance and practical use for the rational natural resources use.
The objectives of the course are to study different types and systems of environmental
monitoring; to study the methodology and methods of organisation and maintenance of natural
resources monitoring and cadastre; to develop skills in the field of accounting and economic
evaluation of various kinds of natural resources.
