Calyoga Ashtanga Teacher Certification Program 200 Hours.
This course provides the opportunity for Intermediate/Advanced Level Yoga Practitioners to receive a
Yoga Teaching Certification applicable for designated levels of Yoga Instruction. The course includes a
comprehensive overview of the origins of Ashtanga yoga, Pranayama breathing and study of Ayurvedic
holistic life sciences methodologies, as related to implementation of a modern day preventative health
maintenance program. Emphasis is placed on performing Ashtanga yoga asanas, breathing & flow
routines.
