This course provides the opportunity for Intermediate/Advanced Level Yoga Practitioners to receive a Yoga Teaching Certification applicable for designated levels of Yoga Instruction. The course includes a comprehensive overview of the origins of Ashtanga yoga, Pranayama breathing and study of Ayurvedic holistic life sciences methodologies, as related to implementation of a modern day preventative health maintenance program.
