Firstly, we’d like to thank you for attending the 8th Annual 2010 Sunlight of the
Spirit Southwest Unity Conference. We hope you enjoyed it just as much as we did.
In saying that, we’d like to invite you to attend the 9th Annual 2011 Sunlight of
the Spirit Southwest Unity Conference, held February 25th, 26th and 27th, 2011.
After all the great feedback we received about the location, we are again holding the
convention at the scenic Quartz Mountain Lodge & Resort. Rooms will cost the
same as the last conference which is $59.00 + tax for either two double beds or one
king size bed. The lodge has a total of 126 rooms, which you can reserve at your
convenience by calling (580) 563-2424 (http://www.quartzmountainresort.com). It
would be a good idea to call early to secure your room. Make sure to let them know
you are a participant of the Southwest Unity Conference.

Early pre-registration for this year’s conference will be $20 until October 1st, 2010.
After October 1st you can still pre-register, but the cost will go up to $25 until
February 1st, 2011, and any registration after that or at the door will be $30.
We look forward to hearing from you! We’re counting on another great year, and
another great conference. Speakers and activities will be announced.
