NYPAC Picture Day Schedule
Friday, April 25th at the Knights Of Columbus in Washingtonville
&
Saturday, April 26th at
Round Hill Elementary School Gymnasium
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please review the following important information regarding picture day
and the dates we have set aside for viewing and the chance to purchase
your child's photographs. Remember that Picture Day is not mandatory,
but is a great memory of your child’s dance year with NYPAC, with a
professional dance photographer. Each child will have the opportunity to
take a headshot and a few dance poses, as well as the group picture,
which we always display in our waiting room the following year. There is
no obligation to buy any pictures. We encourage all to take advantage of
this special day.

**FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2014, AT THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS IN
WASHINGTONVILLE (18 HALLOCK DRIVE)
**SATURDAY, APRIL 26, 2014, AT THE ROUND HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
(1314 Route 208.)
ATTACHED IS THE SCHEDULE OF TIMES FOR YOU TO FOLLOW. We will adhere
to the schedule as closely as possible but please be a few minutes early in
full costume, hair, makeup & shoes. Also allow time in your schedule in
case we are running late. Additionally, we cannot wait for individuals who
may be late for the group picture. All hair/makeup/costume information is
ON YOUR DANCERS COSTUME BAG.
-SAVE THE DATE OF SATURDAY, MAY 10TH, 2014 at the studio, FROM 12-5PM
TO REVIEW AND PURCHASE DANCE PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR CHILD. The
Representatives from Donner Photographic will be at the Studio from
12-5PM. Four sales tables will be set up and the pictures will be equally
divided alphabetically, so as to make this an enjoyable and expeditious
experience.
