RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Sprouse's Corner Ranch or Heartland Horse Heroes, show sponsors, employees, and other staff members affiliated with the Horse Show will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to animals, spectators, or
personal property.
2. The show committee reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide any class(es) that it feels necessary.
3. Show personnel have the right to excuse any person or horse that is endangering spectators or show exhibitors.
4. Judge’s decision is final.
5. All headgear must be in good operating condition and must be ASTM approved for equine activities. All riders under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet.
6. Ribbons are 1st through 6th for each class.
7. Youth Riders are 17 yrs. old and under as of January 1 st .
8. Coached Division: Coach is allowed in the ring to give verbal assistance (may assist if safety is in jeopardy).
Riders may cross enter to Leadline, Costume, In-Hand Trail, Model and Pee- Wee only.
9. In Pee Wee (11 & under) classes, headers are allowed.
10. High points are 6-5-4-3-2-1 for the same horse/rider combination.
11. A 2 minute gate call and a 5 minute tack change will be enforced.
12 . Scratches and adds to classes must be made 2 classes before, no exceptions.
13. No alcoholic beverage or drugs allowed on premises.
14 All entries must have a negative coggins test.
15. Please leave your pets at home.
ENTRY FEES: $8 pre-entry
$9 per class post-entry
Or $65 ride all day (same horse and rider combination)
