Precision workshop: Workshop toilets. Options
to be investigated due to the poor condition of
the toilets. VV has addressed this issue to the
faculty, P&F will be contacted to organize a
quote to refurbish the toilets.
Precision workshop: Fire extinguisher locations
in workshop need to be audited. David Peebles
will be contacted to assist once final layout of
workshop is complete.
Precision workshop: The plastic fabrication unit
has been moved to the Heavy Eng Wksp. This
will allow the plastic fabrication area to use the
local building extraction system. The move is
to be completed by 18/12/15.
Precision workshop: Fabricate steel shelf for
welding bay.
iAudit: iAudit to be used at next WHSR’s
monthly inspection 14/10/15.
Heavy Eng Wksp: Small oil leak on hydraulic
bender needs to be repaired.
Heavy Eng Wksp: Hopper bin to be ordered to
store and transport scrap steel. RA, SOP and
CA will need to be completed.

installed to manage the rain water leak that runs
down the building wall needs to be extended in
welding bay area to handle the water flow.
Precision Wksp: Investigate options to move the
first aid cabinet from the work store to the fitting
room.
