TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Pet Boarding Lodge agrees to exercise reasonable care for the pet/s delivered by The Owner for boarding, and agrees
to keep their premises sanitary and the pets properly enclosed and cared for.

The owner agrees to advise The Pet Boarding Lodge of any special, social, behavioural, medical or dietary needs.

In the event of a vet being required, The Owner agrees to allow The Pet Boarding Lodge to take their pet to their local
Veterinary practice (Dragon Veterinary Centre) and to meet the cost of any Veterinary fees incurred during the
boarding period, to be paid upon collection of their pet.
Please stipulate alternative vet with telephone number if preferred (must be Cheltenham based):

The Pet Boarding Lodge accepts no responsibility or liability for any pet that becomes ill or that passes away during the
boarding period.

The Owner accepts that their pets are left entirely at their own risk.

The Owner accepts that if their pet is not collected on the collection date stated on the booking form that the current daily
charge will be applied for each overdue day.

The Owner accepts that if they do not collect their pet within 10 overdue days and no telephone contact has been
established then The Pet Boarding Lodge will seek to re-home them.

In the event that The Pet Boarding Lodge has to re-home any pet, legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees
and re-homing costs from The Owner.

The Owner accepts that if their pet is collected earlier than the collection date stated on the booking form, no refund will
be offered.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

The Owner of rabbits boarding with The Pet Boarding Lodge must have a current certificate of vaccination against
Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD). Vaccinations must have been administered at least 2 weeks prior
to their arrival at The Pet Boarding Lodge.

Only rabbits with up to date vaccinations (accompanied by the vet-signed vaccination card) will be permitted. The Pet
Boarding Lodge reserve the right to refuse boarding where vaccination cards are not presented.

The Owner agrees to ensure their pet is free from fleas. If pets are found to have fleas upon arrival, The Pet Boarding
Lodge reserves the right to refuse to board. If any pet is found to have fleas during the boarding period, The Owner
agrees that The Pet Boarding Lodge will apply a suitable flea treatment and The Owner will be responsible for reimbursing
the cost of treatment.

Rabbits showing obvious health concerns such as wet bottoms, will not be admitted for boarding without prior discussion.
PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per pet is required upon booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking or when dropping off pets at The Pet Boarding Lodge .
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Owner (signature below) accepts the Terms and Conditions stated above and authorises The Pet Boarding Lodge to
act as guardians during the boarding period and to take any action considered suitable in order to protect and keep
boarding pets in good health.
