The seller is required to provide a semen release form and arrange for the semen to be
released and transferred to the semen tank owned by AHDB and held at ABS Breeding
Services (formerly Innovis) at Malvern. The price of the semen release and transfer will be
met by the vendor.

To the best of my knowledge, the ram is free from known genetic diseases
The ram was from a Maedi Visna accredited flock (as part of the Sheep and Goat
Health Scheme) at the time of semen collection
Any information derived from DNA derived from semen samples can be used in
genetic evaluations / research
To the best of my knowledge this semen has passed all known tests relating to
volume, concentration, and motility – as well as a separate post thaw assessment
undertaken by the AI company. No concerns have been raised to date with regard to poor
conception rates relating to the use of this semen.
