Laws) Regulations 2013
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Surveillance Devices Regulations 2006 to update
the list of corresponding laws that are prescribed
for the purposes of the Surveillance Devices Act
1999.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 37A of
the Surveillance Devices Act 1999.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 15 July
2013.
