Entry/Class Fees: $300 Advanced, $250 Preliminary and Intermediate; Post Entry Fees: $400; Entry Fee Refund
Policy: Full refund before closing date; Entry changes after closing date will be considered a post entry
Stall Fee: $150 Wed thru Sunday, $30 extra for Tuesday arrival. NOTE all stalls must be vacant by 7:30 Monday
morning or a $50 layover fee will be charged (per Kentucky Horse Park rules). Stall Deposit: No; Separate Check No;
Stall Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date;
Other Fees: NEW a $5.00 fee will be charged to ADS members showing in Preliminary and Intermediate
divisions. Please submit this fee on a separate check made out to the ADS. An additional $30 fee will be charged
for ADS non-members. For FEI/USEF entries - $30 USEF non-member fee, $28 drug fee per horse/pony, IHP $35 per

Please read:
Due to safety concerns the Kentucky Classic CDE is requiring all competitors to carry a
groom/passenger during the cones competition of this event.
Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date, Health Certificate dated within 30
days of competition, horses residing within the state of KY may have a KY Health Certificate dated within 1 year
of the show date.
Copy of coggins test must be submitted with the entry. USEF Advanced All
horses/ponies must be properly registered and identified by diagram, all horses must have valid vaccination
certificate (USEF DC 18). Copy of coggins test must be submitted with the entry.
Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with full doors, floors are asphalt.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 117) Drivers – yes Schedule permitting, .Groom – yes
Schedule permitting. Please contact show secretary before the event to see if this is possible.
Misc. Show info: Times for ALL Ponies will be computed using large pony times. The Kentucky Classic CDE
Committee reserves the right to change times, officials, refuse any entry and combine, cancel or divide any
class. The committee reserves its rights as allowed under (USEF) article GR 914, (ADS) article 1.7.

the campgrounds will fill fast. There are 3 other events at the park on the same weekend.

Directions to Show: From Interstate 75 North take exit 120. Right turn onto Iron Works Pike, go about 0.4 miles,
turn left into KHP. From Interstate 75 South take exit 120. Left turn onto Iron Works Pike, go about 0.7 miles,
turn left into KHP. Follow signs to stable area.
