We are looking for:
BIOTECHNOLOGIST: MANUFACTURING DEVELOPMENT (f/m)
Your tasks will be:
Designing, executing and overseeing the development of manufacturing processes of
biopharmaceutical products
 To plan and assist cell banking/upstream processes
 To plan and assist purification/downstream processes
 To implement analytical methods in development including in-process controls
 Lab-based work involving preparation of formulations, initiating stability studies,
analyzing samples utilizing analytical methodologies and compiling results and data
for team presentation or reports
You ideally bring:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical
 sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalents with 2+ years of
industrial experience in the above-mentioned fields
 Good grasp of cell line development and characterization techniques and
requirements
 Experience with characterization of biopharmaceutical proteins and glycoproteins,
especially using SEC, RP-HPLC/IEXC, HILIC and other chromatographic methods,
peptide mapping, mass spectrometrometry and electrophoretical techniques
 Knowledge of GMP requirements and experience in Quality by-Design (QbD) is a
plus
 Previous experience in interpreting analytical data, especially recombinant proteins
biosimilar products, and writing reports
 The position requires international travelling to work with the project collaborators.
