Primary Texts listed relate specifically to Erin’s course as she plans to read Of Mice and Men and My
Sister’s Keeper. Assignments will be adjusted to suit specific texts in each classroom: Alisha will read
Catcher in the Rye and Kristine will use Monster.
There will be various in-class exercises and tests on grammar/punctuation/APA throughout the term.
Time permitting, students will form small groups and prepare mini lessons on
grammar/punctuation/APA.
