Purpose: To explain how William Paulson is “Paul Williamson” and how he managed to board a
plane from Germany to Switzerland with the help of a fellow criminal.
Title: Report Summary, Case Passenger 10-A
BLUF: Leader of a criminal group, William Paulson was helped to escape Germany to
Switzerland via his gang by forging documentation, trading off clothes, and posing under an alias
to throw off any suspecting investigators such as Agent Odetta.
1. William Paulson, the leader of a criminal group, and at least one of his men helped him escape
Germany. His forged birth certificate stating he is Paul Williamson shows a connection between
the two names. Along with this, the size 40 R coat seen worn on “Paul Williamson” coming from
Canada does not match up to the six foot four inch man with the same camel hair coat above his
seat.

-
The forged certificates of Paul Williamson can be transposed to be the
suspecting William Paulson
The man seen getting off the plane from Canada was caught on security footage
never got onto the plane to Switzerland, but a person who had the 10-A ticket
did board the plane.
Being that this is possibly a two man job, two pairs of identical orange overalls
were found in the suitcase that was supposed to be taken by “Paul Williamson”
2. It is possible that the paper put underneath the coffee cup at the café was a receipt for cognac
from Canada. This gave evidence that the six foot four inch William Paulson who was never in
Canada that he was on the plane from Canada. The recognizable camel hair coat was left for
William Paulson, along with size 14 shoes on the plane of seat 10-A. These along with the forged
documents allow William Paulson to board the plane out of Germany in escape.
-
Size 14 shoes will fit a man who is 6’4”
The 40 R camel coat probably will not fit a 6’4” man, but is recognizable enough
to be identified as the man who got off the plane from Canada
The man who boarded the plane from Germany matched visual descriptions
that Agent Odetta knows of the lead man.
3. The man who boarded the plane from Canada and got off in Germany is not “Paul
Williamson” and is also not William Paulson. He was a decoy who supported the lead man,
William Paulson, to board the plane from Germany to Switzerland in hope of escape
through means of planting evidence of William Paulson being under the alias of Paul
Williamson with forged documents, receipts from Canada, and a recognizable coat.
Recommendations would be to continue to trail with 6’4” man for mannerisms to confirm
he is the lead man William Paulson.
