During each off season month, the condo rents for $65 per night. There is a mandatory $60 cleaning fee regardless of the time you rent. We have reserved the condo from _______________ to _______________; for _______ days with a total fee of $___________. You can turn toward the ocean on any street from 33rd Ave. South to 48th Avenue South (Windy Hill Beach area of N. Myrtle Beach); then travel to the 4300 block and we are the 3 story gray building on stilts, ocean side. The condo is #205; phone number in the unit is 843-272-1508 with voice mail; 2nd floor condo overlooking the ocean. The building has a swimming pool, sun deck with chairs (deck chairs do not go to the beach area), a picnic table under the building, and a charcoal grill on the side of the building. Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room with dining area, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs, and there are 4 beach chairs, and there are 4 beach chairs available for guests’ use. The unit sleeps 5 with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a day bed. We have a small apartment size washer/dryer that can take small loads; we provide sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and even beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. The unit also has two TV’s, VCR/DVD, and a Bose music system. March 15, 2013 [BEACH BUM CONDO RENTAL AGREEMENT] Some simple rules are attached to this reservation and are posted on the refrigerator of the unit; please follow them. Help us to maintain the look of the building by taking your garbage to the roadside dumpster (Ocean Blvd.) and not littering. The maintenance man will appreciate it. Please use the (2) parking passes that are provided and park accordingly. Please make your check payable to Karen or Roger Van Houter for ½ your total amount due to hold your reservation, and send it to: 907 Merlin Ct., Pensacola, FL 32506. Please send your check AT LEAST ONE MONTH prior to your arrival. We will have a key with a parking pass for your car (key’s location will be disclosed by phone). Please leave the key and parking pass on the counter when you check out. Please sign our guest book and let us know about your visit. Tell us what you liked, where you are from, and how you enjoyed your stay. Parking Passes (2) are provided. Please place these in your car and park accordingly. There is an information book located under the TV in the entertainment center highlighting area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and golf for your review. Please keep balcony doors closed when not in use; humidity causes damage to the ceiling and walls. Do not move furniture to the balcony; humidity damages them also. The AC will freeze if set too low and do not run with the windows and doors open, as this can cause the AC unit to freeze. Feel free to use any of the condiments in the refrigerator plus the cooking/seasoning “stuff” in the cupboards. Cleaning supplies are under the sinks and extra paper supplies are in the cupboards above the day bed. We only ask that you replace what you have used. Sheets for the day bed are in the storage/coffee table in the living room; sheets for the queen bed and sofa sleeper are in the bedroom closet. Extra pillows and paper supplies are on the top shelf of the bedroom closet and above the day bed. Towels/washcloths are in the two bathroom cabinets. Beach towels and blankets are on the shelf inside the bedroom closet. Please do not make long distance calls; use your calling card or cell phone. There is voice mail on the phone at the condo for messages. Beach chairs are on the balcony for your use on the beach. There is a building/beach rules sign located on the pool room door, please read. Do not hang any items (towels, bathing suits) from the balcony. Do not throw any items or food from balcony. NO GRILLING ON THE BALCONY. Please keep noise to a minimum especially between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Take your unit trash to the dumpster near the road as required. There is an extra key hanging on the key hook located on the wall near the kitchen sink, please replace when checking out. Check out time is 11 a.m. Please adhere to this policy, so that we may have time to prepare this unit for our next guests. Upon departure: Do not make or strip the bedroom bed! Remove any used sheets/blankets from the sleeper sofa and day bed only. Put all used towels in a large plastic bag (located above the day bed). Take out all food and trash. Inspect unit for items left behind (drawers, closets, under bed) to make sure you leave nothing behind. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher as you leave. Turn off lights and set the A/C to 80. Return all furniture to its place. Leave your assigned key on the kitchen counter as you leave and lock all windows and doors. If there is a problem inside the unit, contact Gina Benson 843-446-4715.
