Last Updated February 2015 2 THCH Community Centre / Community Groups Tower hamlets Community Housing operates a range of community facilities across Tower Hamlets from which we deliver a range of services and activities. These activities are funded through rental and hire charges for the use of our facilities. Tower Hamlets Community Housing warmly welcomes new users and will endeavour to make your experience at THCH Community Centre a pleasant one.
